Design Sprint——End

作家相片: luxuanluxuan

After completing the main poster I started to design and complete some of the related outcome designs.

1. Leaflet

-a. Streamlined text

-b. Focus on the key points

2. Invitation letter

3.Promotional stand-up board

4. Brochures

-a. Introduce people to the exhibition in the right amount of text

-b. Clear typography with a combination of graphics and text

First of all, I chose the most primitive and simple way to promote the exhibition, by handing out leaflets in the street. As it was distributed on the street, the leaflets had to have enough colour impact to attract passers-by and make people notice, rather than ignore.

Promotional standees are also a good way to advertise. We can liaise with shopping malls to place the stand-up signs in front of merchants with high patronage as a way to promote the exhibition. The content on the panels needs to be as concise as possible so that people can see the point at a glance and leave an impression.

Rather than tickets, I would like the exhibition to be invite-only, so that visitors can book online in response to the Newcastle pneumonia epidemic, and they will receive an invitation after booking, to give people a sense of ceremony and interest in the exhibition.

A brochure can be given to visitors before they visit, so that they have a general idea of the exhibition before they visit, rather than going in and not knowing anything about it. This is why the brochure should contain a systematic description of the exhibition, with the main points of the visit. As the audience is 20 years old and above, the text can be more official, formal and to the point.
